Raspberry & Banana Ice Cream


This is a delicious dairy free and sugar free alternative to your average ice cream - a light and healthy desert and simple to make.

Serves: 4 Prep time: 5 mins. Cooking time: 0

Ingredients:

400g Raspberries

100g Macadamia nuts

200g Coconut cream

2 tsp Honey

1 Banana

Method:

1. Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until a smooth constancy.

2. Pour into containers and freeze - stirring every hour.

3. Remove before you intend to serve so that it's soft enough to eat!

Inspiration and tips:

  • Use strawberries in place of raspberries

  • Use cashews instead of macadamias

  • Top with fruit and toasted flaked almonds
