This is a delicious dairy free and sugar free alternative to your average ice cream - a light and healthy desert and simple to make.

100g Macadamia nuts
200g Coconut cream
2 tsp Honey
1. Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until a smooth constancy.
2. Pour into containers and freeze - stirring every hour.
3. Remove before you intend to serve so that it's soft enough to eat!

Use strawberries in place of raspberries
Use cashews instead of macadamias
Top with fruit and toasted flaked almonds
